Idaho race day

The course today was beautiful.  Very picturesque and best of all ... flat!  I finished in 1:46.

Afterwards I took a drive downtown to see the city and take some pics of the Snake River.  I fly back home tomorrow and won't have my next race until September.  It will be two in one month.

I'll be heading to Omaha, Nebraska and Vermont.  More to come ...

Idaho Day 2

I took a drive out to Swan Valley today to see the Snake River and Palisades.  It was a nice sunny day for the drive and the sites were great.

I spent about two hours in Swan Valley before heading back to Idaho Falls to pick up my packet for tomorrow.  It's going to be a very early race, starting at 6:30 am.  Buses to the start line leave at 5:30 am.  So I'll be in bed early for a 4:45 am wake up.

Idaho Day 1

It was a nice sunny day in Idaho today.  I decided to leave Idaho Falls and drive the 70 miles to Mesa Falls to see some of the countryside.  

I'll let the pics speak for themselves.  It was a beautiful drive and I'm looking forward to the next couple days to see some more.
